Day 22 → Something you wish you hadn’t done in your life.
I wish I hadn't given up on my dream to go to the University of Michigan. I didn't go because of a boy; wrong decision. I guess had I gone I probably wouldn't have met my husband and be where I'm at today, happy. Although, if it's truly God's plan for us to be together and have the life we have today, we would have ended up together, even if I had gone to UofM. But that's the one thing I wish I hadn't done was give up on that dream. Even today, I still think about applying, just to see if I would be accepted. That would be all I would need to fullfill that dream of mine.
Did you go somewhere else instead or did you give up on the college dream altogether for the boy?
ReplyDeleteI went somewhere else. Getting a college degree was a bigger dream for me, so i had to accomplish it.
